Adam Driver's turn as the utterly confounding Adam Sackler on Girls is so convincing, it's hard to imagine him being too different from his character.
Thankfully, his co-star Shiri Applebey has said otherwise. "I think he's just fantastic. We got along really, really well. He's just a really nice guy. He's focused on the job and he didn't seem weird or creepy to me," she told Vulture.
"He was just a gentleman. Like the first day we were working together, he knocked on my trailer door and he came in and was like, 'I hear you're engaged.' I was like, 'Yeah, I am.' He's like, 'So am I.'"
While Adam Sackler is horrendous at maintaining relationships with women, the Juilliard-trained Driver, 28, began dating classmate Joanne Tucker about five years ago.
