It's easy to be seduced by this sultry Southern city what with the sounds of jazz, the sweet scent of magnolias and and the soft glow of streetlamps in the French Quarter. The Moonwalk along Waldenberg Park is a great place for a stroll hand-in-hand to watch the sun set over the Mississippi.
For some fine French dining, grab a table at Café Degas, a small bistro hidden among the lush greenery on Esplanade Avenue.
After dark, walk along one of Bloody Mary's ghost tours to see the city's spookier side. Even if you don't see ghosts, it'll give you an excuse to clutch to each other.
