I BelieveHow we eat is reflective of how we live our lives.
About Staley Sednaoui
Trained in nutrition, functional medicine and eating psychology, Staley Sednaoui has been educating her clients about health and nutrition since 2009. As more and more people struggle with sugar cravings, blood sugar dysregulation, insulin resistance, and type 2 diabetes, her focus has evolved into helping her clients understand and unwind their sugar cravings, reboot their nutrition, reverse their insulin resistance, and re-balance their blood sugar in order to achieve optimal health. She advises her clients on what to eat as well as how to eat, believing that the two are closely linked. She listens carefully to her clients and helps guide them into choices and practices that are individualized, beneficial, and sustainable. Working with Staley does not mean going on a diet, but rather reestablishing a new and better relationship with food, eating, body and self, thereby, regaining health and well being.
Staley holds a MS in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from University of Western States in Portland, OR, a BA from Vassar College, a certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC, and a certification from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in Boulder, CO. She is also trained in Reiki I and II, NLP, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
