Over 25 years ago, I began a professional journey that centers on what I believe to be an essential truth: psychotherapy is an act of love. As your guide, we will be engaged in the creation of an amazing work of art--a stronger, healthier you. Together, you and I will access the parts of you that are yearning to “speak” to you: your knowledge, internal strength, resilience, and hope. My role is to simply assist you in “listening” to your own soul, and enhancing your innate ability to heal and grow.
Seeking therapy is a courageous act, and your willingness to take this risk with me will be honored. Whether you are seeking to discover your path in life, struggling with an addiction, recalling a childhood trauma, or in a relationship that is challenged by an affair, your story is welcome. Our relationship as client and therapist is sacred, without judgment or blame.
While the work of therapy can be rewarding, the process can sometimes be painful. When traveling on this path, you deserve be in a place in which your life matters. You deserve to be respected. You deserve to be nurtured. You deserve to be loved.
