I BelieveTrish Roberts coaching, "Where Dreams Come Alive!"
About Trish Roberts
In order to heal, I believe that the two major things necessary are feelings of safety and trust and an open field for creativity. For a client to feel comfortable opening up about the issues she or he is dealing with, the therapeutic relationship is of the utmost importance. As a licensed creative arts psychotherapist, we may choose to use music when words don't suffice. Or we can explore any combination of verbal and/or creative art psychotherapy to explore those things that are blocking you from living the fullest life possible.
I specialize in working with adults dealing with clinical depression, grief, loss, trauma, abuse, anxiety, relationship and self-esteem issues. I also have experience working with persons living with chronic pain and/or illness. I primarily work with adults, but will work with older adolescents as well as elders, when appropriate.
As a doctoral student of Depth Psychology, I also deal with dreamwork and its significance in one's life.
