I BelieveMake the choice to take a chance to make a change for your best life.
About Patricia Magerkurth
My passion is engaging with clients using appreciative inquiry, which gives you the best chance for success, however you define it. The real beauty of coaching is that, once you find the right coach, the sky is the limit. I offer an enthusiastic, compassionate coaching process that helps determine your goals and develop an action plan to get you there. Sometimes it is hard to know which choice will give you the best chance to be your most successful self. I use my business and life experience to address the challenges you face and help you make daily changes. I also understand the competing life forces that working women face.
For 25 years I managed multi-functional teams for successful business outcomes. Along the way I coached and mentored coworkers to address issues they faced both in their work and life. In addition, I provided strategic direction to those teams to make key decisions sometimes with consequences of over a billion dollars.
In coaching we co-create a process to search for your best self and understand how you are interacting with the world around you. We look forward not back! This systematic discovery process uses strategic questioning to find your best potential. Unconditional positive regard allows you to explore and develop your plan in a non-judgmental setting. We’ll talk about your strengths, unexplored potential, strengths, goals and aspirations. Appreciative Inquiry assumes that you have untapped potential and we seek that core energy to mobilize your strengths as a change agent in your life.
Patricia Magerkurth Success Stories
Women dealing with stress
Pat is one of the easiest people to talk to. Whenever I had questions, work related or personal, I have found it very easy to open up to Pat and let her provide me with good ideas, new ways to think about an issue, or simply a different perspective. She has coached me through difficult personal situations and recommended actionable insight that helped me put my personal relationship back on track. I watched Pat work with a team of about 15 people with the intimate program knowledge but no writing experience, and develop a plan that, over the course of 2 or 3 small sessions, easily taught them how to write a winning response. The time she took with this team ultimately led to winning. Pat is funny, engaging, thoughtful, caring, full of ideas, and she listens with her whole being, making you feel like you are her only concern. That is what I want in a coach.
