About Lisa Carey
Lisa has been described by her clients as energetic, passionate, insightful and dynamic. Her clients' success can be attributed to Lisa's talent to motivate people which leads professionals to achieve their optimal potential and sustain performance over the long run. Over 35 years of leadership and management experience in positions of increasing responsibility. 15 years of this has been as a full time coach. Twenty years were in the United States Navy with five years of managing telecommunications and information technology systems programs, and large complex budgets. Proactive, mission-oriented leader with team building expertise, working in diverse environments on policy and implementation planning for information management, and information security.
Along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s of Science in Management from Troy State, Lisa also possesses several important certifications including the International Coach Federation, Professional Certified Coach Designation (PCC), certified facilitator for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the FORTE assessments, Parent as Coach, as well as for the Life Blueprint Institute. She is a graduate of Coach University, the Centre for Coach Training in Portland, Oregon.
