If you're out of control with your eating and can't seem to stop, I know exactly how you feel. For 45 years, I went through the diet/binge cycle over and over again. I suffered the shame, guilt and embarrassment of feeling out of control that every binge eater feels.
After discovering my simple yet highly effective method to take control of my eating, I can now go to any event and feel 100% calm around food. I no longer feel compelled to eat huge quantities of food whether I'm hungry or not and I don't hide my food from others and eat in private.
The system I developed can teach you how to eat any and every food in moderation even if you have never been able to do that before. I've made deprivation a thing of the past. What I've learned on my journey is that dieting leads to deprivation and deprivation leads to bingeing. I talk to clients about living in what I call "the magic zone" which is a very calm place where you don't feel deprived and you don't feel the urge to binge.
